On 18 February 2022, due to the cancellation of 18,412,000 shares repurchased from 15 December 2021 to 31 January 2022 by China New Higher Education Group Ltd. (the "Company"), the total number of the issued shares of the Company decreased from 1,585,859,630 to 1,567,447,630, which resulted in an increase of the percentage level of Mr. Li's shareholding in the Company by 0.56%, from 47.69% to 48.25%.
