Hope Education Investment Limited ("HEIL") entered into an equity collar financing transaction with Credit Suisse AG, Singapore Branch ("CS") in respect of which HEIL (i) entered into certain call and put options referencing 423,395,000 shares of Hope Education Group Co., Ltd. 希望教育集團有限公司 (“Shares”) (see Box 28 - 4105) and (ii) has delivered 423,395,000 Shares to CS under a Credit Support Annex with a return obligation to HEIL (see Box 28 - 4108; Box 24 - 1311; Box 24 - 1503).
