On 19 January 2022, Smart Neo Holdings Limited has entered into a placing agreement with a placing agent in respect of placing of the convertible bonds issued by the Company to Smart Neo on 30 April 2021 in the aggregate principal amount of HK$400.0 million. Pursuant to the Placing Agreement, the placing price shall be approximately 84.21% of the principal amount of the Convertible Bonds.
