Supplementary information: |
On 18 March 2021, Chiu Tat Ting Albert transferred his 5% shareholdings in Dynamic Victor Limited to Law Kwok Ho Simon at a consideration of HK$8,500,000. Upon the completion of the share transfer, Law Kwok Ho Simon beneficially owns 35% shareholdings in Dynamic Victor Limited. Therefore, Law Kwok Ho Simon is deemed to be or taken to be interested in all the shares held by Dynamic Victor Limited under the SFO. Thus, boxes 24, 26, 27 and 30 are amended accordingly.
