On 31 December 2021, the allotment and issuance of 488,940,200 rights shares of Deson Development International Holdings Limited (the "Company") was completed. As a result of the rights issue, the Company has calculated the necessary adjustments of the number of shares to be issued upon exercise of the share options and the exercise prices of the share options.
