Glory Sun Financial Group Limited ("GSFG") completed a distribution in specie to its qualifying shareholders of a total of 3,154,444,976 shares in Glory Sun Land Group Limited ("GSLG Shares") on 28 December 2021. As a result, 1,486,891,831 GSLG Shares were held by Yao Jianhui through Bao Xin Development Limited, 5,336,550 GSLG Shares were held through 萊華控股集團有限公司, 1,489,724 GSLG Shares were held through GSFG and 5,783,034 GSLG Shares were held by Yao Jianhui as beneficial owner.
