Supplementary information: Pursuant to a loan agreement dated Feb 2020 two share charges were entered by Wei Yao and Chen Hao of 81000000 and 65390000 ordinary shares of the Fresh Express Delivery Holdings Group Co. Ltd respectively in favor of Great Focus Intl Ltd.
