Following the transfer of shareholding interests of Voyager Equity Limited and Primerose Ventures Inc. from Risoluto Pte. Ltd. to Mr. Lim Kaling, a Non-executive Director and Substantial Shareholder of Razer Inc. on 25 October 2021, Risoluto Pte. Ltd. will no longer hold any deemed interest in the shares of Razer Inc. and shall cease to be substantial shareholder of Razer Inc. on 25 October 2021. The transfer does not result in any changes in the number of shares that Mr Lim is interested in.
