The relevant event concerns repayment of convertible bonds (“CB”) issued by China Agri-Products Exchange Limited (“CAP”) upon its maturity on 18 October 2021, and my interest in the underlying CAP shares (through my controlled corporations) exercisable upon conversion of the CB has therefore reduced accordingly.
