Pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement dated 6 July 2021, the supplemental agreement dated 15 July 2021, entered into amongst the Company, RaffAello Holdings Limited and RS (BVI) Holdings Limited, all conditions precedent have been fulfilled. Completion of the acquisition took place on 30 September 2021 and 233,000,000 consideration shares were issued to the vendor.
