Supplementary information: |
On 23 Sep 2021, CRP Holdings Limited ("CRP") became aware of completion of a sale of 47,389 Shares received by CRP from a distribution in kind of Shares made by an investment fund invested by CRP as passive investor. CRP is 53.82% owned by FBH Partners Limited ("FBH") and is deemed to be controlled by FBH and Bao Fan. Bao Fan is entitled to use the voting rights of 2,657,312 Shares held by the trust under the Company's RSU Plan, apart from vested RSUs he beneficially owned under the same trust.
