On 8 September 2021, 1,916,937,202 shares of WH Group Limited (the "Company") bought-back by the Company pursuant to the Offer (details of which were disclosed in the Company's announcements dated 6 June 2021 and 8 September 2021 and offer document dated 30 July 2021) were cancelled.
