On 23 August 2021, Mr. Lin Xiaofeng was granted with share options to subscribe for 8,000,000 shares of China Smartpay Group Holdings Limited (“CSG”). Together with those share options granted to him under the old share option scheme on 1 September 2016 before his appointment as a director of CSG, he is deemed to have interest in a total of 19,000,000 shares of CSG.
