Mr. Qian Kun is the sole shareholder of Q Kun Ltd. and is deemed interested in the 395,010,000 Shares held by Q Kun Ltd. He is also the spouse of Ms. An Juan and is therefore deemed interested in the 37,620,000 Shares Ms. An Juan is interested in through Juan L Ltd. Mr. Qian Kun's percentage of interest was reduced upon the issue and allotment of 15,529,000 new shares under the partial exercise of the over-allotment option as disclosed in the Company's announcement dated 11 August 2021.
