Supplementary information: |
Pursuant to an agreement ("SPA") on 1 Aug 2021, Tsui Ka Ho ("Tsui") sold 1 share in Blackpaper Limited (“Blackpaper”) to Luk Ka Chun ("Luk") and Iu Kar Ho ("Transfer"),hence Luk's shareholding in Blackpaper increased from approx. 33.33% to 50%.Luk has also undertaken to Tsui under the SPA to procure Blackpaper to transfer 6750000 shares in Most Kwai Chung Limited (together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") to selected employees of the Group within 6 months after date of completion of Transfer.
