On 30 Jul 2021, 1,950,600 shares of China Renaissance Holdings Limited (“CRHL”) have been cancelled (representing the number of shares repurchased by CRHL from 8 July 2021 to COB 15 July 2021) (the "Share Cancellation"). After the Share Cancellation, the total number of issued shares of CRHL is reduced from 550,739,376 to 548,788,776 shares, resulting in an increase in the % figure of Li Shujun's holding in CRHL.
