34. Supplementary information: The shares held by Sinowin (PTC) Inc. in Goodchamp Holdings Limited were transferred to Mr. Lam Man Chan ("Mr. Lam") on 21 July 2021. After the transfer, Mr. Lam Man Chan became 100% owned beneficial owner and sole shareholder of Goodchamp Holdings Limited, which held 39,313,770 shares of the listed corporation. As a result, both HSBC International Trustee Limited and Sinowin (PTC) Inc. ceased to have an interest on the shares of the listed corporation.
