Supplementary information: |
On June 28 2021, a total of 47,389 shares of the Company had been received by CRP Holdings Limited ("CRP") as a result of distribution in kind of the Company’s shares made by an investment fund invested by CRP as passive investor. CRP is owned as to 53.82% by FBH Partners Limited and hence is deemed to be controlled by FBH Partners Limited and Bao Fan. Bao Fan is entitled to use the voting rights of 2,657,312 shares held by the trust under the Restricted Share Unit Plan of the Company.
