Partial subscription of 20,000,000 rights shares under the rights issue of Sandmartin International Holdings Limited (the "Company"), pursuant to the prospectus of the Company dated 24 June 2021. As the rights are not taken up in full, the percentage figure of my interest in shares of the Company will be reduced upon completion of rights issue (assuming the rights issue is fully subscribed and the total number of shares upon completion of the rights issue will be 492,161,490 shares).
