Supplementary information: |
On 25 June 2021, Mediwelcome Healthcare Management & Technology Inc. (the "Company") granted, among others, 2,600,000 restricted share units ("RSU") to Mr. Shi Wei and 2,400,000 RSUs to Mr. Wang Liang (both being a party to an agreement under s.317 (see Box 33)) under the Company's RSU Scheme. As Ms. Zhang Yitao is also a party to the said agreement, she is deemed to be interested in a total of 5,000,000 RSUs beneficially owned by Mr. Shi Wei and Mr. Wang Liang.
