北京迪爾通諮詢有限公司（“北京迪爾通”）、迪信通科技集團有限公司（“迪信通科技”） 、劉東海、劉華、劉松山、劉文萃、劉詠梅及劉文莉（合稱“劉氏家族”）與珠海華發實體產業投資控股有限公司(＂華實控股＂)於2021年1月29日訂立由北京迪爾通及迪信通科技作為賣方，華實控股作為買方，關於北京迪信通商貿股份有限公司（＂上市公司＂）若干內資股的股份轉讓協議(＂股份轉讓協議＂)，該協議下股份轉讓於2021年4月7日完成。此外，北京迪爾通、迪信通科技、劉氏家族與華實控股於2021年1月29日訂立一致行動人協議。據此，北京迪爾通、迪信通科技及劉氏家族同意就其持有的股份與華實控股就若干事項採取一致行動，並將迪信通科技持有的168,362,098股內資股投票權於若干時限內委託予華實控股。該協議於股份轉讓協議下的股份轉讓完成當日生效。詳情請見上市公司於2021年4月7日刊登的公告。
