Supplementary information: |
On 31 March 2021, the Company further partially completed the Subscription under the Subscription Agreement B under which the Company alloted and issued, and Mr. Gao Feng subscribed for, 18,973,404 Shares. The Company and Mr. Gao also entered into an termination agreement on the same date pursuant to which Mr. Gao will not subscribe the remaining 82,090,426 Shares under the Subscription Agreement B. For details, please refer to the announcement of the Company dated 31 March 2021.
