Supplementary information: |
On 26 April 2019, Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Limited granted me 9,500,000 award shares in accordance with the Shares Award Scheme adopted on 3 July 2018. On 4 March 2021, based on achievement of the 2019 operating targets, the independent trustee of the Share Award Scheme vested 3,157,167 award shares into my account according to the decision of the company's board of directors, and remaining 9,500 award shares were transferred back to the company's trust account.
