:
The number of shares involved in Box 24 describes the shares in the company held by a subsidiary of Easy One Financial Group Limited (“EOG”). The entire issued share capital of EOG was acquired by Mr. Tang Ching Ho in October 2020 by way of a scheme of arrangement (“Scheme”). Details of the Scheme are set out in the scheme document dated 12 August 2020 jointly issued by Caister Limited and EOG. The figure "0" in Box 25 is not real and is input due to system problem.
