Pursuant to a voting rights entrustment agreement dated 14 December 2020, Idea Delicacy Limited has unconditionally, irrevocably and permanently entrusted Idea Prosperous Limited (100% owned by Mr.Kong) to exercise its voting rights of shares (the "Shares") of Far East Horizon Limited. On 22 January 2021, Idea Delicacy Limited purchased 50,000,000 Shares. As such, the number of Shares in which Mr. Kong is interested increased from 779,154,905 Shares to 829,154,905 Shares.
