There was a reduction in the long and short position because there was an exercise of right of exchange under the exchangeable bonds held by the bondholder, which was settled by the shares of the listed corporation in which C-MER Group Limited is interested in. Immediately prior to the exchange, the short position according to the bond instrument was 18,285,536. After the conversion, the short position became 15,243,870.
