On 4 January 2021, a prospectus and an application form were jointly issued by eSun Holdings Limited ("eSun") and Media Asia Group Holdings Limited ("MAGHL") in relation to the clawback offer by eSun to the qualifying shareholders of MAGHL (the "Qualifying Shareholders") to purchase not more than 207,869,997 shares of MAGHL on the basis of three clawback offer shares for every one existing share held by the Qualifying Shareholders as at the record time (4:30 p.m. on Monday, 28 December 2020).
