Wealth Keeper Internatoinal Limited ("Wealth Keeper") and Mr. Li Weibin ("Mr. Li") entered into an underwriting agreement on 14 December 2020 with, among others, Chinlink International Holdings Limited pursuant to which Wealth Keeper undertakes to subscribe for 494,857,920 rights shares and Mr. Li undertakes to subscribe for 40,008,360 rights shares at HK$0.38 per rights share, i.e. their respective entitlement under the rights issue in full.
