The Company bought-back 102,000,000 shares,which were cancelled on 14 Dec 20. Box 24:These shares were disposed of by SH and were deemed interest of Chan William ("CW") before the disposal as he and the parties named in Box 33 are parties to an agreement under section 317. Box 30: 51,853,211 shares represent TC's deemed interest in CW's 33,700,000 shares and SH's 18,153,211 shares. Box 32:These shares represent TC's direct interest which the Trust owns through the trustee's 100% ownership in RH.
