YongHeng Holdings Limited lent 75,000,000 ordinary shares of Sunkwan Properties Group Limited (the "Company") to ABCI Securities Company Limited pursuant to a stock borrowing agreement dated 11 November 2020 and such shares were returned on 15 December 2020. The Company issued 72,940,000 new shares on 15 December 2020 due to the partial exercise of the over-allotment option, details of which are set out in its announcement dated 10 December 2020.
