Supplementary information: |
There were 13,319,166 RSUs granted to Mr. Xiao and not yet vested under the Company's Pre-IPO RSU Scheme adopted on 20 September 2019. Pursuant to a placing agreement and a subscription agreement dated 24 November 2020, Fairview Ridge, as vendor, transferred 180,000,000 Shares to independent placees, and subsequently subscribed 180,000,000 new shares from the Company.
