Venus Medtech (Hangzhou) Inc. (the "Company") has completed the H share full circulation on November 27, 2020 where 212,450,085 unlisted and unpledged domestic shares of the Company have been converted into H shares. As a result of the foregoing, all unlisted domestic shares which Ms. Leung was interested have been fully converted into H shares. Please refer to the announcements of the Company dated August 14, 2020, November 23, 2020 and November 27, 2020 for more details.
