Supplementary information: |
Pursuant to the share transfer agreement dated 30 November 2020 entered into between Rising Sun Limited ("RS") and 51 Stock Limited, 5,958,268 shares ("Shares") of 51 Credit Card Inc. were transferred from RS to 51 Stock Limited on 30 November 2020. The deemed interest of Mr. Sun Haitao as the beneficiary under the trust is therefore reduced to 114,117,732 Shares while his deemed interest under the voting proxy agreement is increased to 251,099,004 Shares.
