本人鍾展坤於2020年10月30日(星期五晚上)獲委任為獨立非執行董事, 股份在10月前分階段買入, 得悉8195.HK 董事有機會邀請出任INED後已經沒有再購買股份。由於我和太太在2020年11月1日結婚(星期日), 委任為8195.HK的INED 後的周末, 當時約了8195.HK的律師在2020年11月5日(星期四)會談關於INED的事宜, (以及短暫放了幾天結婚假)所以申報時間不小心稍微延遲, 希望貴部門見諒。另外, 我的太太已經透過DION申報了她結婚後(2020年11月1日)的權益, 謝謝。
