On 30 October 2020, Kowloon Development Company Limited ("KDC") has distributed 3,141,605,560 shares of Polytec Asset Holdings Limited ("PAH") via Marble King International Limited (wholly-owned subsidiary of KDC) as special dividend and Intellinsight Holdings Limited has received 2,218,897,156 shares of PAH. This has resulted in an overall decrease of 922,708,404 shares of PAH held by Mr. Or Wai Sheun through his controlled corporations.
