On 22 Oct 2020, SCTS Capital Pte. Ltd., which was hold by Standard Chartered Trust (Singapore) Limited as the trustee under a discretionary trust, transferred all issued shares of Lion Rise Capital Limited, Glorious Shine Capital Limited and Baida Capital Limited back to the settlor and beneficiary of the trust, i.e. Xiao Shu for nil considerations.
