Supplementary information: |
All Ages Holdings Limited (“All Ages”) is a shareholder of Great Harvest Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”). Pursuant to share transfer documents dated 22 September 2020, Mr. Yan Kim Po (“Mr. Yan”) disposed of all his shares in All Ages, representing 51% of the issued share capital of All Ages. Ms. Lam Kwan, the spouse of Mr. Yan, holds 50% of the issued share capital of All Ages. Mr. Yan remains to be deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company held by All Ages.
