Supplementary information: |
On August 26 2020, Ms. LIU Xinjun ("Ms. Liu") disposed of 50% of the total issued shares of Eternal Glory Holdings Limited to Mr. LI Yongjun ("Mr. Li") at a price of HK$5,000. Upon completion of the disposal, Mr. Li holds of 100% of the toal issued shares and as the sole shareholder of Eternal Glory Holdings Limited. Thus, Ms. Liu, being Mr. Li's spouse, is deemed to be interested in the same number of shares held by Mr. Li by virtue of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
