The 155,794,286 shares in Box 33 were held by shareholders which entrusted their voting rights in the listed corporation in Tan Zheng Ltd. As a result of the issue and allotment of 14,584,000 shares in the listed corporation pursuant to the over-allotment option, the shareholding percentage has decreased due to dilution.
