China OEPC Limited and Ms. Hao Ting entered into the conditional subscription agreement with Green Leader Holdings Group Limited on 22 July 2020 for the principal amount of HK$380,000,000 and HK$15,000,000 respectively. Green Leader Holdings Group Limited has agreed to issue the convertible notes to China OEPC Limited and Ms. Hao Ting subject to the conditions, including but not limited to, the share consolidation has become effective.
