On 21 July 2020, Mr. Ruan Hongliang released the pledge on 139,420,000 A Shares he beneficially owned that was provided to a lender other than a qualified lender as security for certain borrowings on 25 May 2020. Furthermore, Ms. Jiang Jinhua has provided 126,000,000 A Shares that she beneficially owned to a lender other than a qualified lender as security for certain borrowings on 8 April 2020. Her interest in Box 33 was accordingly reduced by her said short position.
