Boxes 24 and 27: 229,500,000 shares in Adtiger Corporation Limited (the "Co.") is owned by Rowtel Technology Ltd, a company indirectly and wholly owned by Chang Sufang, and 130,500,000 shares in the Co. is owned by Westel Technology Ltd, a company indirectly and wholly owned by Li Hui. Chang Sufang and Li Hui executed acting-in-concert agreements on 11/5/2016, 31/5/2016 and 6/9/2019 and each of Chang Sufang and Li Hui is deemed interested in aggregate of 360,000,000 shares in the Co.
