Supplementary information: On 30 June 2020, there were allotments and issues of 184,237,332 new ordinary shares upon exercise of conversion rights of nominal amount of HK$552,712,000 of the perpetual subordinated convertible securities ("PSCS") of the Company by various PSCS holders pursuant to the Specific Mandate, which were approved by the Company's shareholders at the EGM held on 15 July 2016.
