In Boxes 24, 26, 27 and 32, the short position of 14,808,400 shares arises from a stock borrowing agreement entered into between CLSA Limited and Creative Brocade International Limited dated May 25, 2020, pursuant to which Creative Brocade International Limited agreed to lend 14,808,400 shares of Yeahka Limited held by it to CLSA Limited on June 1, 2020 upon receiving the written request from CLSA Limited.
