Supplementary information: |
Solar Bright Ltd. (SBL) acquired the entire share capital of Century Frontier Limited (CFL). As a result, the right of first refusal (ROFR) granted to SBL, Joseph Lau Luen Hung Investments Limited and Sino Omen Holdings Limited over the 476,425,000 shares held by CFL is terminated. Therefore, SBL's nature of interest in those 476,425,000 shares changed from deemed interest by virture of the ROFR granted to it to deemed interest attributed by its controlled corporation.
