As at the date of the relevant event, 51,037,270 shares in Kintor Pharmaceutical Limited (the "Company") is owned by KT International Investment Limited, a company 100% owned by Youzhi TONG and 51,037,270 shares in the Company is owned by KG Development Limited, a company 100% owned by Chuangxing GUO. Pursuant to an agreement dated 27 August 2019, Youzhi TONG and Chuangxing GUO have confirmed the existence of their acting in concert arrangements to control over the Company and its subsidiaries.
