Supplementary information: |
The 5,325 shares, which were acquired out of HKEX’s 2019 second interim dividend by electing scrip for the awarded shares held by the trustee on my behalf, were allocated to my account under the HKEX Employees’ Share Award Scheme on 15 April 2020. These include 713 shares acquired out of the dividends for the 51,729 awarded shares vested to me on 19 March 2020, which will be transferred to me pursuant to the Scheme. The remaining 4,612 shares will be vested to me according to the Scheme.
