Supplementary information: |
On 5 March 2020, China Animation Holding (BVI) Limited (“CA”), Hao Tian Media & Culture Company Limited ("HTMC") and Hao Tian Development Group Limited ("HTD") entered into an agreement, pursuant to which CA agreed to sell and HTMC agreed to purchase 50% shareholding in Success View Global Limited. As consideration, HTD agreed to issue convertible notes to CA which are convertible into 400,000,000 shares of HTD upon full conversion. The conversion price is HK$0.25 per share.
