Supplementary information: |
On 25 February 2020, Wai Chun Group Holdings Ltd entered into the Subscription Agreement with Ka Chun Holdings Ltd pursuant to which Ka Chun conditionally agreed to subscribe for and the Company conditionally agreed to issue the Perpetual Convertible Bonds in the principal amount of HK$172,000,000. (Conversion price of HK$0.042). Assuming the Conversion Rights are exercised in full at the conversion price, 4,095,238,095 new shares may be alloted and issued to Ka Chun.
