Supplementary information: |
The board of directors of Long Ease Holdings Limited ("Long Ease") resolved on 14 February 2020 to distribute the 750,000,000 shares ("Shares") of Best Mart 360 Holdings Limited ("Listco) held by Long Ease by way of specie to Mr Lin Tsz Fung and Ms Hui Ngai Fan, the ultimate controlling shareholders of Listco. Upon completion of the distribution in specie on 14 February 2020, Ms Hui Ngai Fan was indirectly interested in an aggregate of 375,000,000 Shares.
